How to Get Help¶
Whether you are a newb or experienced player, every so often, a situation occurs when you have questions or need staff assistance.
At those times, you will want to use /helpop [ask your question]
Who Answers the Ticket¶
Any helpers or staff have access to the ticket window. However, please be aware that helpers are the first people expected to answer tickets. Mods and Admins will typically only answer a ticket, if their special powers are required.
What Happens when you make a ticket¶
Until your ticket has been closed, you cannot open another one. Please wait until staff answer your ticket. We will try our best to answer it as soon as possible. When your ticket is answered, you will be put into a special chat. Local, House, and Global chat will no longer be visible and you can no longer communicate with them. Exceptions are [Alert] Announcements, /msg, /me, and [D] Discord chat. Commands will also function normally. You can also use apparate while in a ticket.

You’ll find a lot of your questions can be answered by them. If they don’t know or don’t respond, then by all means, get help from us. *
- The following are some examples of what you can ask us about.

When Not To Use¶
When you’re really bored and no one else will talk to you
To get in touch with a staff member who has you blocked
- Reporting Roleplay offenses
Staff are too busy to deal with reports of minor rule violations
If they see a student casting on another student, they will punish them. They will not punish a student that is reported to be casting.
If you are being bothered by another player, take screenshots and move away. If they follow you and continue harassing you, that is when you should report it under offenses.
- To complain about another staff
If you feel a staff member has abused their perms, report it under Offenses.
